Jessica Wang (she/her) is a high school senior living in Pennsylvanian suburbs, fell into the wonderland of poetry not too long ago and hasn’t escaped since. She steals mental images and combines them with real experiences. She was a research intern at a local college where she analyzed concrete and abstract word processing. She’s been selected as a semifinalist for Poetry Nation’s National Amateur Poetry Competition and Creative Communication’s Spring 2023 Poetry Contest, and received an Editor’s Choice Award from Teen Ink. In her leisure, she loses herself in books, folds origami, and without a doubt, takes pleasure in creative writing.
